Abstract: This talk identified the research blocks of service science and the critical components of a service system. An extensive literature review is reported and potential research areas are identified. Finally some barriers and research directions are discussed.

李有仁博士(Eldon Y. Li)臺(tái)灣政治大學(xué)資訊管理學(xué)系之教授乃美國(guó)加州理工州立大學(xué)(San Luis Obispo校區(qū))之資深榮譽(yù)教授。曾任臺(tái)灣政治大學(xué)之大學(xué)講座教授(2005/8-2011/7)、商學(xué)院「服務(wù)創(chuàng)新頂尖研究中心」之創(chuàng)辦人暨中心主任(2008/3-2009/7)、「創(chuàng)新育成中心」之計(jì)畫主持人兼中心主任(2007/10-2012/2)；元智大學(xué)資訊管理學(xué)系教授兼資訊學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)暨資訊社會(huì)研究所所長(zhǎng)（2003-2005）；國(guó)科會(huì)研究計(jì)畫複審委員(2004-2005)；全國(guó)大學(xué)評(píng)鑑委員(2005, 2007)；美國(guó)加州理工州立大學(xué)(San Luis Obispo校區(qū))之商學(xué)院管理學(xué)系資深教授(1982/1-2007/3)暨管理資訊系統(tǒng)學(xué)程主任(1986-1989; 2001-2003)；臺(tái)灣中正大學(xué)資訊管理研究所之教授暨創(chuàng)所所長(zhǎng)（1994-1996）；香港中文大學(xué)之客座教授（1999-2000）。他畢業(yè)於臺(tái)灣之政治大學(xué)國(guó)際貿(mào)易學(xué)系(1975)，並擁有美國(guó)德州理工大學(xué)之資訊系統(tǒng)與數(shù)量科學(xué)碩士(1978)與博士(1982)學(xué)位。他曾於美國(guó)Quality Assurance Institute期刊(2次)、臺(tái)灣「中山管理評(píng)論」、「資訊與教育」期刊、以及美國(guó)華人企管教授學(xué)會(huì)之年會(huì)上，五度獲得第一名論文獎(jiǎng)。他並於1995年及2004年榮獲臺(tái)灣國(guó)科會(huì)之傑出研究獎(jiǎng)，以及臺(tái)灣中正大學(xué)之服務(wù)與貢獻(xiàn)榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆?2003年榮獲財(cái)團(tuán)法人徐有庠先生紀(jì)念基金會(huì)頒贈(zèng)第二屆有庠傑出教授獎(jiǎng)。李教授在美國(guó)擁有資訊教師與生產(chǎn)暨存貨管理之兩種執(zhí)照。他曾經(jīng)擔(dān)任美國(guó)中小企業(yè)管理處之管理顧問，美國(guó) IBM Corp. 之客座軟體科學(xué)家，美國(guó) Bechtel Corp.之軟體品質(zhì)專家，以及臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)部工業(yè)局軟體產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)團(tuán)之軟體生產(chǎn)力顧問。他曾在國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊及年會(huì)上發(fā)表了二百多篇有關(guān)於資訊科技之規(guī)劃與影響、軟體工程、行銷資訊系統(tǒng)與品質(zhì)管理等之論文。他的文章出現(xiàn)於Communications of the ACM, Computers & Education, Information & Management, Information Resources Management Journal, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Journal of Quality Assurance Institute, Journal of Systems Management, Quality Data Processing, 等期刊上。他曾任國(guó)際電子商務(wù)學(xué)會(huì)(ICEB)之創(chuàng)辦人兼執(zhí)行長(zhǎng)、2007 年年會(huì)舉辦人及2008年會(huì)長(zhǎng)，2006-2007行政院 NICI 國(guó)際合作組遴聘之電子商務(wù)專家，美西決策科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)( WDSI)之 2001年年會(huì)舉辦人及 2002年會(huì)長(zhǎng)，國(guó)際華人資訊系統(tǒng)學(xué)會(huì)(ICISA)之1998年會(huì)長(zhǎng)暨Communications of the ICISA主編，亞太決策科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)( APDSI)2001-2003之祕(mì)書長(zhǎng)、2005年年會(huì)舉辦人及2007 年會(huì)長(zhǎng)，美國(guó) Quarterly Journal of Electronic Commerce之編輯委員， Decision Support Systems(荷蘭)、 International Journal of Service Industry Management (英國(guó))、Journal of Global Information Management(美國(guó))、Quarterly Journal of Electronic Commerce(美國(guó))、Total Quality Management (英國(guó))等期刊之特刊編輯、「全球創(chuàng)新服務(wù)研發(fā)聯(lián)盟亞太分會(huì)」(SriiAP) 學(xué)界指導(dǎo)委員、財(cái)團(tuán)法人「商業(yè)發(fā)展研究院」 (CDRI) 與「工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院」 (ITRI) 資深顧問、以及「政大出版社」之出版委員暨編輯委員會(huì)之商學(xué)學(xué)門召集人。他目前是瑞士International Journal of Electronic Business (IJEB)、International Journal of Information and Computer Security (IJICS)、International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management (IJIEM)、International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising (IJIMA)之創(chuàng)辦人兼總編輯。並擔(dān)任美國(guó)Idea Group Publisher之Advances in Electronic Business之叢書創(chuàng)辦人兼總編輯，臺(tái)灣之「資管評(píng)論」國(guó)際版( MIS Review: An International Journal )之創(chuàng)辦人兼總編輯，荷蘭Information & Management、美國(guó)The Journal of Quality Assurance Institute、International Journal of Management Theory and Practice、臺(tái)灣之「資訊管理學(xué)報(bào)」( Journal of Information Management)以及「電子商務(wù)學(xué)報(bào)」(Journal of e-Business)之編輯委員。
